This studio is the absolute best! The Instructor/Manager Amie Cunha is amazing. I came to the studio after driving by for over a year thinking Pilates was super advanced and out of reach for me at this point, but Amie and the other instructors meet you where you are at and find the exercises that meet your current needs and push you to next levels you didn’t think you could meet! Amie’s reformer and tower classes are amazing! She challenges me and helps me to grow my practice. Her queues, teaching and variety are what got me hooked on Pilates :)
