On call dr on weekends and after hours really need to let the er know that the kids are coming like they say they are going to do and when they don’t it make a mess and a very very long time for a kid that has a fever with a really low immune system it doesn’t help to make them suffer. 3 hours to wait to get labs done is bs.
I can’t recommend PA Lindsay Whetzel enough. She was so patient and kind. Truly listened to me and never rushed us. So good with my daughter too. She is truly a gift.
