We had an outstanding experience at Providence Pediatric Cardiology. When we arrived, Donna and Tara made us feel welcome. Sarah, the sonographer, was absolutely wonderful. Her expertise was evident, and she took a truly patient-centered approach that put our child at ease during the procedure. Dr. Steven Greenway's manner and rapport with our child was remarkable. The doctor and the technician is very nice except for the receptionist that is rude to me and my daughter.
Dr. Greenway is who I’ve seen at the clinic and I have nothing but positive things to say! He’s been exceptionally thorough and thoughtful every time I’ve seen him, never rushing in and out of the appointment he makes sure to take the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. this review is strictly for the technician who did my newborn's ECG - she is a middle aged asian lady with initials DT (refused to tell me her name because she probably doesn't want to get in trouble for her behavior). I also see a couple complaints on google about her as well. From beginning to end, her attitude had been awful, she acted like she hated her job, or kids, or both, and took her dissatisfaction on us. My two young children and I were here recently for an appointment. The tech happily answered all my 5 year olds questions as she was performing the exam. There was a TV in the l room set up with Netflix to keep the kids happy and distracted. Each of my girls got to pick what was playing while they had their exam done. She had me lay on the exam table with my two year old, which helped keep her comfortable and calm during her exam.
