Dr. May is amazing. Very caring and attentive. One of the better doctors we have come across. Big thank you for all her care and detail oriented medical work.
The front desk staff was very rude and made little effort to explain what would happen next. Once you are in the clinic, you are essentially left on your own. Our baby underwent a scan, and afterward we were left waiting without any explanation or discussion from the doctor. Despite our understandable anxiety as parents, the doctor did not take the time to speak with us and instead left us to wait several days for a call from family physician once he receives the report.
