I had the best experience with Sean Hayes. He was very professional and also put you at ease and made you feel heard and comfortable.
Receptionist told me she “can’t access patient insurance” so therefore can’t tell me if my visit will be covered or not… even though she has my insurance info? I’ve literally never had a medical office not be able to help with that and that makes actually zero sense. Also my insurance ambetter is nutritiously horrible at updating who they are in network with and so now I just have to hope it’s covered.
Better than any other place I’ve been in Spokane.
We have seen Eric for about 2 months and it has been the most incredible adventure. After our child suffered with ocd for over 1.5 years and we struggled to get off every waitlist for help for that long, her symptoms got worse and worse. After only 3 sessions, our daughter has completely stopped every tick and our family just loves Eric. He’s bubbly, kind, extremely personable to all family members. We couldn’t thank Eric enough for how he’s helped our family.
