My child had been evaluated from Dr Strueffert twice through this agency, and she was wonderful. Per her recommendation my child is supposed to be evaluated every 2 years. When Dr. Strueffert left, we got a letter not only letting us know that she was leaving, but that her patients would be able to continue receiving services through any of their remaining providers. I had the best experience with Sean Hayes. He was very professional and also put you at ease and made you feel heard and comfortable.
Receptionist told me she “can’t access patient insurance” so therefore can’t tell me if my visit will be covered or not… even though she has my insurance info? I’ve literally never had a medical office not be able to help with that and that makes actually zero sense. Also my insurance ambetter is nutritiously horrible at updating who they are in network with and so now I just have to hope it’s covered.
Better than any other place I’ve been in Spokane.
