I went to Dr. Collins for invisalign, braces, and then a retainer to correct a rogue tooth. It was a great experience-Dr. Collins is a perfectionist and that's what you want with your teeth! The whole staff was friendly and accomodating. I will definitely return if I have any more teeth issues.
The staff are super lovely and have always made me feel heard and taken care of. Dr. Collins is great at what she does.
tldr: they are downright SCAMMY and manipulate customers to force them to pay significantly more for unnecessary things. I was referred here by my dentist to get a permanent retaining wire replaced. After they received the referral I scheduled an appointment and they quoted me $85 for the office visit and $150 to have the wire replaced. Not a google reviewer, but I have to say that my experience has been great at Providence Orthodontics! Dr.Collins is wonderful along with her team and staff overall, I’ve been seen a few times by Destiny and she is always friendly and gentle. I recommend this office with no doubt.
