Long wait times. I've had to go there 6 times in the past 2 years, every time I seem to get brushed off and no real diagnostic steps are taken. If you're having an issue that isn't extremely obvious, go elsewhere if you want to feel taken care of. Had to take my wife there last night for a pinched nerve in her lower back, and one of the..... inexperienced..... nurses also injured her shoulder while trying to get her up... and of course we had to go to a different ER to find the root cause of the issue.... again. Excellent care from start to finish. From security, front desk, triage nurses, everyone was kind, compassionate, professional, and thorough. Dr. Leone was exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. He checked in throughout my visit, answered my questions, and made me feel genuinely well cared for. We are fortunate to have such a outstanding ER team in our Newberg community!
