Excellent care from start to finish. From security, front desk, triage nurses, everyone was kind, compassionate, professional, and thorough. Dr. Leone was exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. He checked in throughout my visit, answered my questions, and made me feel genuinely well cared for. We are fortunate to have such a outstanding ER team in our Newberg community!

Went in for a UTI, felt very sick. I gave a urine specimine and was told it was completely normal, that all my labs looked good. Didnt perscribe me any antibiotics, and released me. Once home I reviewed my urine specimine results and I definitely have a UTI! They dismissed me, lied to me, and I'm still sick.
Even with long waits due to crowds, the staff was helpful and understanding.
