Worst experience of my entire life while going to the emergency room. Nurses were extremely rude and very careless towards making sure I was comfortable. They had no concern that my pain level was the worst I had ever experienced I was crying for 8 hours Non-Stop and no one did anything to try to comfort me. ER didn’t treat my partner for his illness. The doctor tested him for strep but told the nurse he didn’t and that they needed to test again. The nurse almost tested him again until we said something! Communication wasn’t going on very well with the faculty. The patient rooms also have phones in them, but didn’t tell us not to answer it. When we heard it ring, we thought maybe it could be the lab with results or something then learned that it was people trying to get hold of the ER. Luckily we didn’t answer the phone! I was in the emergency room last night for heart palpitations. Not knowing what was going on was very concerning. The nurses were awesome, very caring and personable. The MD on shift was Dr Kleve. I have got to tell you, we were so impressed with this doctor. He is so thorough, thoughtful, and caring. Dr Kleve is definitely an asset to any medical facility. Please keep him around incase I need to come back. :)
