BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give less than one Star, I would. I cancelled my service with ATT in January of 2020 to switch to another ISP; I had 7-11MBps download and upgraded to100 MBps speeds. At the time of my cancellation I believed that my account was fully paid, or that I would receive a bill for what's due; per the customer service representative. Guy was rude and then hung up on me. He insisted i sign a 2 year contract when I'm only in town 6 to 12 months. He couldn't tell me the details and then hung up when i asked hard questions about what I'd owe if i had to move before the contract ended. Scum.
