Have staff not physically abuse you while you are having a postpartum depression episode. Very dramatic experience. Also have adequate supplies available such as soap, paper towels while we are in the middle of a pandemic.
I've had three surgeries here, and all experiences were top-notch. When a family member's injured hand took us to the ED yesterday, it couldn't have been more different. Cold and unprofessional, bordering on hostile -- although we repeatedly declined meds, it felt like they judged us as pill-seekers. My family won't return.

It seems odd to recommend learning how to care for and be compassionate towards patients to a hospital but here we are. I will never set foot in this hospital again but hopefully something will be done to address the widespread apathy among the staff at this hospital, particularly that from Dr. Lapidus whom the staff all thought was "so amazing" but came across to me as a condescending jerk. I really hope no one else has to experience what I did yesterday morning. If you want to be cared for go to OHSU.
horrible rude staff. my dad has severe vascular and mixed dementia. I dont feel any of his needs where met. I would never be back.. THE Worse experience EVER
When I got sick, Willamette Falls Providence. My pcp wanted me hospitalized, so ambulance brought me to Prov Milwaukie, they didn’t hesitate to admit me, and have taken great care of me! I get to go home tomorrow!
All of my children were born at Providence Milwaukee when it was called Dwyer hospital. They are very courteous friendly and very empathetic to your needs. I will not go to any other place
Awesome friends staff! From the front desk people to the nurses and doctors everyone was so kind and happy, I live all the way in molalla and made the drive out because of there awesome service☺️
