So far I've seen Emily Coraci, PA-C for chronic sinus issues, and Otolaryngologist Michael Z. Tao, MD for ENT including jaw function. In my last appt Dr Tao submitted a pre-auth request to insurance for a needed procedure; a week later the clinic called to inform me that it was approved, and they promptly scheduled me to have it done less than a month out. The referral system here is awful. My primary care doctor sent a digital fax over and I had to call multiple times and after over a week they are saying they still don’t have it… I gave up.
Wow, I see why this doctors office only has a 1.8 stars. We had an urgent referral to this ENT and no one called us so I made a phone call to follow up and they are telling me that it’s not urgent and go see the pediatrician again. The pediatrician referred us as urgent, but they want us to go back to the pediatrician. My daughter‘s ear has been bleeding for the last seven days and that’s all they can tell me to do and it’s not urgent.
