The man who owns/runs this office is unprofessional, egotistical and dare I say, creepy. Strung along for months, obsessed with payment, lack of communication, unprofessional conversation and comments by the owner to name a few issues. Seems like this place should be shut down, never have heard anything good about them.
Shanie, the front desk lady is extremely rude. Tried to call to get information for my husband as we don’t have cell service at home and was in town and had cell service to call finally as a they never responded to our email inquiry. she wouldn’t even let me explain the situation just told me no and that was it. For being a business that is supposed to help with mental health it’s pretty crappy the way they treat people on the phone trying to seek help.
Michelle and Trooper are wonderful. Love coming in and working with them.
