Each time, I waited patiently, only to have my appointment canceled on the very same day when I went in. It’s incredibly discouraging and makes you feel like your pain doesn’t matter. No one deserves to be treated this way when they’re already suffering. I expected compassion and professionalism, and sadly, I found neither.
