Why did Dora (one of the doctors) lie to my husband, telling him that he wouldn't have to pay for his "visit" (he was just picking up paper work he already payed for), then have him pay anyway? If he had to pay, that's fine, but don't lie and say he won't have to pay. Will definitely be looking for a different doctor, preferably one who doesn't lie.
Over one hours f waiting, with appointment. Look elsewhere.
I’m very pleased with the service I have received at this location. I had an issue with my billing and Arturo at the front desk helped me and even explained everything very well. The staff and front desk are great. Dora Lopez, FNP also listened to all my questions and provided excellent care. Thank you!
I went in for my annual wellness exam (new patient), which was paid for 100% by my insurance. However, I received a bill of $25. Annual wellness exams are 0% patient responsibility. If this is not resolved, I will be filing a complaint with the department of insurance as balance billing is FRAUD!
