If you want your time wasted, feel free to come here. When you call in to have them assist you with medication or insurance coverage, they don’t know what they’re doing. They also don’t know how to keep appointments straight. My appointment was set for 8am the door was not opened til 8:05 am and did not get called back til 8:40am. I thought I was coming for an annual doctor visit as discussed previously but was told it was for labs. Today was not a good experience, I had an appointment today but somehow it was canceled when I was there a week prior making this appointment. When I asked about it they said I don't have you scheduled when I try to explain they kept cutting me off. I got labs done on the 7th of August they told me to come in on the 14th. When I asked about the labs he's straight out said we have them for 5 years! So if I go in in 5 years the labs are going to be the same as today? Twice the doctor was over an hour late. Today we left at at 1 hour still no doctor. Pathic do not use this clinic on their Saturday hours. Also the doctor only comes to this clinic once a month can't get here on time....
All the staff at this location is nice who ever showed them how to do there job needs a raise! This is the best office!
Was taken here for a bad fall & the staff is very caring, professional & kept checking in on me with concern.
