My wife and I have had nothing but great service and care for our newborn. The whole staff has been very easy to work with and we have not had the issues others seem to complain about in negative reviews. We are rescheduled at every appointment and every visit has been butter cream smooth. Shout out to Andy and Dr. Odom, and the other two super sweet and professional lady medical assistants. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE MANY DEI HEALTHCARE WORKERS AT PROVIDENCE THAT ARE BEING REFERRED BY UNITED HEALTHCARE AND OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES. THESE DEI PERSONEL ARE NOT QUALIFIED. THEY ARE DANGEROUS TO THE WELL BEING OF OURSELVES AND OUR FAMILIES. BEWARE. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
My 4 children have seen Dr Wagner since baby’s. She is a great Doctor, always goes above and beyond with my children’s care. But the office people along with the nurses are an absolute joke… It always takes multiple calls in order to get an appointment, as well as them being horrible as forwarding messages to the providers. I wanted to post this long time ago but I didn't have access back then because in my generation, we didn't have reviews like this. I used to always go there all the time until I was 18 in 2021 where I always had a nice check up and a consultation with Dr. Tveit. All of the staff in the reception overall were so friendly that they are just there for the reason. The only time I was disappointed is when I had doctors retire or leaving her behind due to age.
