Horrible customer service; lack of communication; poor management— I called to schedule an appointment on behalf of someone else. They received the referral 2 whole weeks ago, and hadn’t acknowledged it. Instead of allowing me to schedule the appointment, I was told I need to wait another 2 days for further approval. I have never experienced such ridiculous wait times for scheduling in my life.
Had a prostate biopsy recently with Dr. Kaplan, who was excellent, and so was his staff. There was some anxiety leading up to the procedure but it went as easy as it could have under the circumstances and without any complications at all. I consider myself fortunate to have such great healthcare.
Received a referral here for my husband and they refuse to make the appointment going on months now despite him calling and trying to schedule. They don’t give a damn about your health.
This medical group is setting new standards of care in the healthcare industry...just amazing
