I've been fighting with the Neurology office since May about a bill that they need to take care of become someone in their office let me referral lapse. I have Multiple Sclerosis. There's no cure. My referral has needed to be re-upped every six months since I started going there 5 years ago. Someone let the ball drop or stopped paying attention, and they won't call me back. I get the run around at the front desk. And they want to send the bill to collections because someone at this office didn't do their job.

Had a referel to the neurology department since June, 2022 for a chronic Migraine. Each time I call to schedule an appointment they say they're booked 3 months out. Today we had to renew my referel because it actually expired while waiting for them to book an appointment for me and they put me at the back of the line. Apparently there was an opening between now and when I had my 1st referel with them because now they're saying that they're booked through late July. Very positive impression after first visit. Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Another reminder of why I don't use Kaiser anymore. Only reason I didn't give five stars is that it took 10 months to be seen.
