I had a very disappointing experience with this office. When I first called to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, the very first thing she said was, “We are not seeing people without insurance.” I do have insurance, but that should have been my first red flag. At my appointment, the provider was fine, but afterwards I had to call repeatedly for two weeks just to get my test results. Later, I ran into a billing issue that turned into a nightmare. On the day of 06/21/24 I had an apt at 11:00 I arrived around 11:10 due to heavy traffic, I check in they have me waiting for like 10 minutes at this point its 11:20 and then they call me up front and tell me that I have to reschedule my whole apt because I was 10 minutes late and the doctor is so “full”. I work in the medical field and I know that apt are supposed to be spaced out enough to give time for each patient and even plan for a few minutes of grace time for the patient, if they over book themselves thats not profes... read more
