My husbands Primary Dr. referred us to Dr. James Applebaum at the Parallel office. The office called on Friday and set up appt. for the following Tuesday. Very quick service‼️Dr. listened and tested him. He gave us a diagnosis and a prescription. Very pleased‼️
My experience was a very good one from start to finish. I was greeted by the receptionist and checked in quickly. The nurse on duty soon called for me to come back. So my wait was short. Dr. Applebaum came right in and was so ready for this follow-up visit. He took time to ask questions and hear my concerns about taking more medicine. He was able to recommend an alternative to taking more medicine. So I am going to give that a try and hope for the best. Every concern I had was addressed by the doctor, who really listened and referred me for appropriate treatment and tests. I was very pleased. I forgot to ask if staff could send a copy of the report to Dr Galen Seymour, who is still me.primary doctor.
Dr. Appelbaum is a wonderful, caring doctor. His nurse, Denise, is also very kind and knowledgeable. If you have a question, it's easy to leave a message and get an answer pretty quick. We've gotten just the answers we needed all these years.
