I’ve been a patient of Caitlin Ansel since May 2024 and she is one of my favorite providers. She always listens to my concerns and is very thorough in her care as well as a respectful human being with a calm pleasant demeanor. Based on the experience I had on the phone im not surprised others had the same issue. I believe the person I dealt with was holly. If your job is to deal with people on the phone you shouldnt be ruse or short with people. Seeing how the reviews show at least a yr time frame they may want to fill the job with someone who cares and is polite
The receptionist at this office is incredibly rude and dismissive. She shouldn't work for a doctor's office. She shouldn't work in any field that involves dealing with the general public. Soulless excuse for a human being.
The woman who answers the phone is rude. The last time I was seen was in 2022 so I needed a referral to be seen in 2025. When that came in I called again & because they don't take my insurance they will NOT see me @ all. I offered to pay for the appointment in advance myself or appeal the matter to my insurance company. She said no, absolutely they would not see me under any circumstances. How is a rude receptionist given that kind of decision power? I wouldn't recommend this practice if these are the people running things.
Dr.Brookes was just awesome. I went in after being referred to get my nose checked for consistent nose bleeds. Just walking in the MA was super kind, the man at the front desk was super nice and had a great vibe. Dr. Brookes was super fast at getting my nose checked out whilst being super charismatic. He explained everything and even gave me some tips for at home treatment. The cauterization was super quick, painless, and I still feel great. Would highly recommend this office!
