From receptionist to the Doctors, everyone is so friendly yet professional. Even the waiting room is comfortable, with a TV helping keeping you calm before appointment.
I was seen promptly.Everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone was cordial.The office was clean and presentable. The Doctor was very easy to talk to and understand. I like that they check with my insurance to make sure the service I need is covered .
Helpful and friendly staff. Their appointments always seem to run on time. The doctor actually takes time and communicates. All of my questions were answered.
The Cardiology department at Providence everyone is always nice and friendly there is never a problem checking in with the nurses and the Dr's are very nice and explain thanks were a person can understand what is going on. The nurse that schedules your next appointment and any tests coming up is also very nice. There is always a good , friendly atmosphere in the office.
