My wife and mother-in-law had appointments with the new doctor, Dr. Erb. After waiting for over an hour to be seen, my wife finally asked when the doctor would see them. After asking and hearing conversations between the doctor and nurses, which they were right outside of the examination room, he came in shortly afterwards. He said he was reviewing their history, which was understandable, but no one went to checkup on them or let them know why it was taking so long to be seen. I am new to the area and have chosen Providence Medical Group for my medical care. I am totally impressed with the atmosphere in this group! Kelly at the front desk is so welcoming and professional. I met Dr.Erb and other members of the staff at my first appointment and was equally impressed with their interest in knowing me and serving my needs. Friendly,professional,thorough…what more could I ask for? So far SO GOOD. Thank you!
Service and response was terrible. It was not normally like this but has significantly dropped off. I’m switching medical providers and I don’t recommend.
