I have difficulty talking to them over the phone. They say they can't hear or understand what I am saying so I usually end up driving there in person to talk with them. This last time I was given a prescription for medication I can't afford. At first they gave me samples and then the pharmacy sent me a text message saying they had a prescription ready and the cost is $249.00.
My husband had an accident so I brought him to the emergency department and he received the help he needed right away
awful! Got the run around more than once. Phone system is not good and this office is unwilling to work with pharamacies and other doctors' office- nothing but a frustrating experience- getting a new doctor/office ASAP!
They're very kind and compassionate and they listen to their patients and they take care of their patients very well
