STAY AWAY! Rude staff who overcharge your card without you being told. They won’t call back when you call and need a question answered. They are not helpful at all and act clueless when you have a question about how your insurance pays their “practice”… this is just the tip of the iceberg on all the issues we’ve had over the last few years.

The customer service is terrible, if you leave a message for your Dr's team, you never heard back, all you get is the Dr calling to find out why you called. The nurses are either new & don't know what they're doing or rude. I was checking in for my appointment late as I called the office to let them know I was in the parking lot, no one answered. While I was checking in, a nurse was talking about me to the Dr while I was standing there stating that I claimed that I was waiting in the parking lot, very unprofessional & rude. ... read more

Sugarcreek Family Medicine? Dr. Webb advised me to stop eating bread and that's all I had to do to lower my cholesterol. Needless to say, I'm not returning.
