I rarely leave reviews but after our experience, I felt I should. We were treated so rudely by both front desk staff. Even my 13 year old looked confused as to why these women were being so obnoxious. We were seen quickly, but the experience was horrible. It seemed these women hated their job, their day and everything about what they were doing. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
I really appreciate and Love my Doctors and staff at Providence Health Clinics and Happy Valley Urgent Care and Milwaukie Providence Hospital.
Dr. Boneski always takes the time to address my concerns and suggests ways to improve any health concerns.
