My son went into newberg providence sleep center a week ago. Got covid tested was negative. Went did overnight sleep study. Next morning checked out. Sick bye thar evening. Then was tested again and has covid. Brought home to his family Every shade of wrong. Are your employees tested
If you double book a patient then don't call them the day of the appointment and tell them you tossed a coin on who needed to be rescheduled. In addition don't push them out a full week and a half because of the staffs mistake. Third if it's a curbside pickup type appt. then figure your schedule out and get them in for something that will take literally 15 minutes if that. First time in my history with Providence that I've ever been treated this way.
