This is probably the worst medical office I've been to in my life. The staff are rude and unprofessional. When you call to get answers, they always deflect to someone else who "isn't in at the moment". For example, they sent me 10 invoices (all the same) from visits I had in 2020, which I don't find likely since it was during the height of the pandemic and I wasn't at the doctor's office out of respect for those who urgently needed to see the doctor. NP was fine, but the practice has extremely predatory and inefficient billing practices. They will send you a statement in the mail EVERY SINGLE DAY, so essentially bully and spam you until you pay, but don't offer a payment system on their portal. I would love to pay my bill, but there is no online option whatsoever! I am not handwriting my CC number and snail mailing it for anyone to steal. Of course, no one answers the phone.
