On Thursday, February 20, 2025 I arrived at PT ten minutes late due to parking. We started on the elliptical bike and Sha and I started talking as we usually did. We were talking about the world and its condition. School with boys going into the girls' lavatories, etc. I made the comment, “10 years ago we’d never heard of the word transgender”. If I could leave zero stars I would. I use to go to this gyn/obyn center here but haven’t not been in an awhile since I didn’t need to. Recently found out I’m pregnant so I call to make an appt. It took me 2weeks (was at first just trying get a normal check up before I found out) to actually get someone on the phone no matter what time I called and when I did it was terrible. This place used to be great, but ever since Henry Ford Health took over, it’s been a nightmare. They canceled my urgent appointment twice because they don’t accept Marketplace UnitedHealthcare. Why not tell patients that up front instead of letting me sit in pain for hours in the lobby, only to reschedule me for an appointment you knew wouldn’t be approved? Total waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Horrible experience!
