One doctor available. Has terrible doctor/patient communication skills. Talks about himself all the time doesn’t listen to patient.
My husband saw a young new doctor just yesterday, with little experience apparently because when my husband refused pneumonia and flu shots he threw a little tantrum and told him the appointment was over. My husband thought he was kidding and said he had a couple more things to talk about and the doctor said we are out of time and left the room. No problems for me. Great medical office.
Extremely unorganized front desk staff, poor communication. Terrible experience. Cannot speak for medical staff, as I was never able to get past office staff to see a doctor.
This clinic has very competent and compassionate staff members. I have been coming here for many years and I always get the best care. This morning I woke up in pain, I called the office and was able to get in to see someone today. It wasn't my regular doctor, but Dr. Arthur Nelson handled my problems with lots of compassion,knowledge and professionalism!
