Dr. Curtis was recommended to me by my neighbor, a retired nurse. I was so happy to meet her and she asked a lot of questions and did testing right there instead of asking me for a second appointment. I got help to sign up with the MyChart app to get quick results and great communication. Very happy with this friendly practice!
Everyone at this office is so helpful and always smiling. Just waiting for my appointment they had 3 people giving them grief about mask wearing and still they stayed pleasant. I cant imagine having to deal with that all day so I just want to thank them and let them know they are appreciated. Dr, Charbonneau is the most genuine and caring physician ive had as an adult. Without his help regarding my health I would not be running my first marathon at 56 and hiking with my daughter. I am so grateful for his help.
I love Dr. Charbonneau. He takes time to talk about all my reasons for visiting with him. He is always very polite and caring. The front office is hit and miss with their customer services, but working at a Dr.'s Office can be daunting. So i can understand their rushed and/or harsh greetings.
Our whole family is seen here and we love it. The lab tech is awesome and the only person my daughter wants drawing her blood. They get to know you and care about you. I highly recommend!
