Everyone was very warm and friendly. Parking was easy. When the phlebotomist did my blood draw, I barely felt the needle even though she took 4 vials for my tests. I think that's because she taped down the ends of the needle so that it wouldn't move when she changed out the vials. I've never had someone do that, and it was really great! I highly recommend this Providence for blood draws!
