This one star rating is owned 100% by the administrators who run and provide staffing for their billing department. Providers, resupply staff and shipping are GREAT. I'd give them 5-stars for sure, however billing department impacts each and every client, and they are profoundly understaffed to the point that they cannot offer timely billing or access to a human being to discern a complex billing situation.
