We moved in about a month ago. Chery Hall(sales), Tammy Moorefield (sales) and Keegan Schauman (construction supervisor) were good throughout the entire process. Keegan Schauman was fantastic and informative. He gave immediate response for our questions, calls, emails. We had requested some changes and they were very swift to respond and communicate with us in a timely manner in regards to our request. we were pretty happy with our home. We bought a new Providence Home 3 years ago and with the exception of a few issues that have since been resolved, we were pretty happy with our home... until now. Almost ALL of the flooring in our home needs to be replaced. We have 18" tiles floors throughout the living area and it's like we are walking on bubble wrap. Everywhere we walk the floor 'pops'.
