This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in My Life. I just had my 26th and 27th surgery here and I have been hospitalized due to the surgery from my Crohn's disease. They have a horrible nursing staff that's unbelievable. One even left hard narcotics out on the table in the open where he left the room for almost an hour with it sitting there. Did any weight over a whole day just for an epidural and they would not and I mean not help at all with controlling the pain like they said they would. This is by far the worst h... read more
This place leaves elderly people while they are throwing up in their waiting room.
Listen. If you have spent any time in an emergency room you can tell what they have to deal with. Here is a shout out to those at Holy Family that do exceptional job with all they have to deal with. I was not the best patient or worse bit after the day there I was happy they were there to take of everyone. Good job people.
The waiting room was extremely busy, but triage nurse Rebel was compassionate, caring, skilled and efficient. She checked us in quickly, answered all of our questions with well worded responses, gained IV access painlessly and on the first try without the usual needed ultrasound placement. Despite the waiting room chaos Rebel still took the time and explained everything that she was doing during triage and while drawing labs and starting an IV, then she continued to check in with us while we waited in the waiting room to ens... read more
