I’ve been to this ER multiple times as a Spokane Resident and usually it’s pleasant experience giving the circumstances but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had in the medical field. The RN “shawn” has no place working in the medical field or at least with real people. If you hate your job that much find something else. I had three requests for the entire time I was there, a blanket, water, and a puke bucket. None of which he brought. I would give it a - 5 star rating if it was possible!!!! I do not recommend this emergency room. The wait time is insane , 3-4 hrs just to be seen . I was being evaluated for a possible stroke . I hate to think how long someone would have to wait for a heart attack. When they take you to the small room for an ekg they don't allow you to have any dignity or modesty. They just flip whatever your wearing all the way up to your shoulders with no sheet ,no anything ,and expect you to sit there while they run the test in some tiny... read more

I do not recommend this hospital / er room. I was sent in by urgent care to be seen immediately, order in, paper work and all and they had me waiting 6 hours to be seen. I needed a ct scan and mri done. SIX hours to wait for that. Even the doctor told me I should not have waited that long. I pushed the front desk staff over and over to get me back there, explained how long I’ve been waiting and what I need to be seen for. Horrible experience. My husband shattered his ankle and needed emergency surgery. They kept him in the waiting room for hours with no pain management. They tried to send him home until they saw how serious the X-ray was. He ended up being in the hospital for a month. The nurses were lazy and told me to clean his room and change his sheets, which is exactly what I ended up doing.
