Came in for a worker's comp injury on my back. Was in so much pain that I couldn't sit down easily or possibly at all. Pain 9/10. Before they would do anything to help me, they apparently had to have a urine sample. Very odd. Also wouldn't even give me water to help make pee for their sample. I was dehydrated. Very insensitive and poor bedside manner. Big shoutout to the nurses Elsie and Callah for putting me through that torture. Everyone in the emergency department should find new jobs. You can tell they all don’t give a crap about there patients. If they did, they would move faster than a snails pace. They talk amongst themselves more than their actual job.

Went in with a 7 month old with a fever over 100 been here since 4 in the morning currently 9:20 still nothing for her temp and 2 temp checks and 2 catheters that took 4 nurses to try and put in and still waiting and no answers

Typically when you have a medical emergency you go to the ER for just that reason not to sit and wait for hours. My family members have been waiting in the lobby for 4.5 hours now to not even be seen or taken back to a room. They have my 90 year old grandma in excruciating pain throwing up in a barf bag sitting with a handful of others that have been waiting before my family checked in, but yet are taking other patients that just got there back. I’ve been to this ER multiple times as a Spokane Resident and usually it’s pleasant experience giving the circumstances but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had in the medical field. The RN “shawn” has no place working in the medical field or at least with real people. If you hate your job that much find something else. I had three requests for the entire time I was there, a blanket, water, and a puke bucket. None of which he brought.
