Everytime I talk to carmen she get to frustrated and short with me because I didn't have anyone to pick up lovenox for me. And she said that she didn't see anything from the hospital that I was at stating that I was in there when the discharge RN has it highlighted stating that she did talk to them. Needs better customer service

My CO AG girls, specifically BETH, HEATHER, RACHEL & SARAH have been the absolute best. I have a mechanical mitral valve. Cumiden/Warafin is a life or death drug for me. I've been on Cumiden for 11 years. It wasn't until the girls at Providence took their time and tons of patience to educate me on successfully keeping my INR in range.( Diet, stress, compatible prescriptions and supplements. ) They are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions and concerns. They seemed to ask me the same questions over and over throughout my appointment, and kept insisting I continue taking shots that were harming my abdomen. She could see I was clearly exhausted and in pain but kept on with a bunch of questions and I have become fed up with it all. I desperately need rest and minimal movement but they insist on me driving the 30 mile trip every 1-2 days.
