Every single person from reception to technicians to Dr. Litt are warm, friendly & professional. I am deeply grateful to be cared for by the people at the Civic Drive Providence Heart Clinic.
It's very difficult to make an appointment to a cardiology doctor.The telephone assistants did not listen and switched from one number to another.With a sick heart patients become worse from terrible service.
Awful customer service, called line to set up an appointment, waited for 45 minutes and no one ever picked up line. Called back and chose option as a physician calling, they answered right away, then transferred me back to the line on hold. Never answered! This is really great I am sure to add stress to someone with a heart condition!
