My 5 year old daughter started going to OT there and once we got established and made some progress, the OT quit with no warning or explanation and Providence told us we were on our own. It was terrible timing and caused my daughter a lot of distress. Would have preferred more notice and explanation.
My experience with Dr Patricia Waring has not been a good one. I don't know if it's a matter of her just covering her own back or if she's just burnt out. I felt like she made it seem that I would get approval for a claim knowing that she wasn't going to approve it if they asked her. Now I'm on the hook for a bunch of appointments she referred me to. Front desk was fine but that dr Patricia is a piece of work. Won't listen to you or ur 100 plus pages of medical documents of mainly new information on an 8 year old case. She said my TBI, anxiety, ptsd or my previous Dr notes didn't count as justifiable proof that I should be on restricted duty. Not to mention She could careless about my migraines, my facial fractures, or my documented back and neck issue
