Not a good experience for me. FYI: In Montana, handymen cannot perform electrical work without a license, and all electrical work requires a license from the Montana Department of Labor & Industry. This includes replacing light fixtures and outlets, which are considered small electrical projects that homeowners with wiring knowledge can do. However, more advanced projects, like adding new components or making significant upgrades, usually require a permit and a licensed electrician.
Ken is not only precise, punctual, and detail-oriented, he is also an absolute pleasure to work with!
