Joyce Lowry gave one of the worst experiences I could ever imagine. Not only was she completely against me from the start in gaining Bach custody of my son. She also tried to reach outside her jurisdiction laid out by the judge and insert herself into have conferences to work out relations between his mother and I. She would cater to his mother non stop and refused to make progress with me and my son to where I had to once again take it up in court where thankfully I won. As the custodial parent, I very much appreciate the service provided by PGC. I feel my kids are safe and protected during their visits with the NCP.
So Michelle was awesome and really went above and beyond for me and my son and i really appreciated her a lot through the whole process. However, once visits had come to an end Joyce Lowery has been continuously harassing me trying to say that i owe her money for 2 subpoenas even though only Michelle had received a subpoena AND she didn't even have to come to court. Joyce Lowry of the Providence Guidance Center is a scoundrel. When I first met Joyce, she was a half an hour late for our appointment and made up some ridiculous excuse that took up another 15 minutes of my time. When it came time for her to actually ask me questions, she spent a majority of her time probing my nationality. She made me feel uneasy and I sensed racist tones in her speech.
