Was referred to Dr Bax by a prominent business man from Spokane and have come in person and called several times with no returned call. I even had my doctor call and was told that they would be getting back to me in the next few days that was 5 weeks ago. this has been ongoing for months with no call back. I get a different story from everyone I have talked to. Terrible management and If I was a doctor at this facility I would fire all of them. Rod Ratcliffe.

My daughter has masses that the surgeon says needs biopsy. She has been waiting 5 weeks for the referral to be sent. Many phone calls have been made, 3 before she ever got a call back. Every time she called they acted like they didn’t know what she was talking about, almost like the referral had never been sent by Providence general surgeon. 13 days after finally speaking to someone at their office who knew what she was talking about 4 weeks after appointment) inland imaging still does not have a referral. Umbilical hernia fixed by Dr. Malladi. Both he and his assistant Amber were very easy to work with.
