My Dad sends myself and my daughters flowers on our birthdays and Providence Florist always delivers the most beautiful arrangements! They always call to make sure we are home so they aren't left out in weather that is too cold/hot and the flowers last a long time. We are happy repeat customers!
Sarah was amazing and fast and soooooo kinda and she took me at the last minute and helped me get a beautiful gift for a friend will definitely return !!!
Over 5 years now using Providence Florist, once you experience it , it will be your only go to florist you use. Sara, went above and beyond making sure a delivery was sent to someone special (it needed to be sent to a business which was gated and very difficult to deliver to). Nothing compares to this place when it comes to customer service!! The sweet lady helped me out so much when I called for some last minute flowers after my wedding flowers from Sam’s came in the wrong color. She was so sweet and even gave us extra buckets to use for the florals we had already bought. On top of that, she told us the best way to preserve them so that they would look their best come wedding day! I highly recommend this place!!!!
When I was shopping all around the Charlotte area for flowers I needed for the first event I was hosting I came across Providence Florist and I knew right away that they were different. Not only was the service and communication outstanding but the flowers themselves were absolutely breathtaking!!! There's no place better in charlotte to get amazing flowers at an amazing price!!
