I have been a patient here since I was 26 years old. Now I'm 54. Once Dr. Phillips retired this place services became awful. Since January I've been seeing them for treatment while off sick from my job. Initially, I was being treated by Brenda Smith. When I needed a physician statement for my short term disability insurance she refused to complete the statement. So, I then started treatment with Dr. Parks. She also refused. They have no problem doing the paper work to bill your insurance but will not assist you with paperwor... read more
Everytime I've tried to make appointment for son they tell you to go to urgent care never wanted to see them then, said it's been long time since he was seen. . Very unprofessional
Been going here 20 yrs. This place is awful since Dr Phillips left. Dr Dinning was a joke. Ms Brenda is nice, but doesn’t seem confident to make decisions. My husband goes twice a yr. For regular check up. He has a history of UTI’s. Dr Phillips would call in a antibiotic. The people there now will not unless he comes in, but the wait is 3 days. He could be dead by them, so we wind up waiting for hours at Urgent Care. Can never see Dr Parks, so I know nothing about her. We are looking for a new primary doctor.
We have problems with getting prescriptions filled. They got the a prescription mixed up with another one when calling it into the pharmacy. Rather than admit they made a mistake, they want to make you think that you don't know what your talking about.
My husband & I are going to miss Dr.Lee A. DINNING..But, we Congratulate & Wish him & his Beautiful Wife on there New Home an Location..We Hope & PrayThey are Blessed the rest of their days🤗~
