Hi, I am a new patient who was hoping to schedule an appointment with Dr Ginsburg but had the unfortunate experience of dealing with receptionist Katie who was flat out rude, cocky and of no help to me whatsoever. Extremely concerned that new patients are treated this poorly. What happened to excellent customer service? I was willing to spend thousands of dollars but was treated very badly. Am waiting for the manager to call me back so I can hopefully get scheduled with the Dr.
Dr. Ginsburg is absolutely amazing!!!! His work and bedside manner are second to none! And his staff is friendly, polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend him for any of your plastic surgery needs!!
