I went here for standard STI testing. Since they were only able to do part of the lab work they sent me to Providence hospital to finish. I have now received four bills. Two visits, two labels totaling over $700. This is with excellent insurance. Be very cautious going here. Absolutely do not let them refer you out to somewhere else because you're going to get double billed and Providence it seems like uses their urgent Care to feed their hospital in unethical ways.
I have had 2 good experiences there went in scheduled am appointment and showed insurance card with a migraine that would not go away medicine was prescribed as I didn't see primary until end of Jan 2024 then went in for antibiotics for a sinus infection feel better for sure staff was kind and concerned with symptoms I had.
The staff are more concerned about having you swipe your card every 5min than actually helping the patient. There happy to keep taking the customers money with no results or beneficial advice. Seems like a scam
