This is rated one star because Google doesn't allow zero stars, unfortunately. Today, I received a text from the office asking me to schedule my next appointment. I had seen Dr. Briskin in July at the recommendation of my allergist. I had nine sinus infections in a year and was constantly sick, so we thought it best that I get examined. Dr. Feehery and all of his team provide excellent care in a pleasant, professional manner. I recently saw Gianna, Cassidy and Julie for various ear issues. All three exams and consults were very helpful. I really appreciated their explanations of what they were doing and the time they gave me to ask questions and get straightforward answers. I highly recommend Providence ENT.
I go here for hearing aid service and to see the audiologist. But the PA that sees me before the audiologist is a very kind young lady and has a very good bedside manner. She examines my ears and then cleans them if they have too much wax. After that, she takes me into the audiology office where I then have my hearing tested and aids checked over by the very competent audiologists.
I've been a patient with Providence ENT for over 15 years. I highly recommend to anyone suffering with ear, nose, throat issues or chronic sinus infections. I receive the best care for infections, surgical treatment, and hearing care. Providence ENT has top notch care from physicians to audiology. I appreciate Dr. Feehery 's care and time with me as a patient.
An absolute joke. Waited an hour to be seen for 2 minutes by Briskin. I won’t even refer to him as a doctor that’s how bad the experience was.
