I go here for hearing aid service and to see the audiologist. But the PA that sees me before the audiologist is a very kind young lady and has a very good bedside manner. She examines my ears and then cleans them if they have too much wax. After that, she takes me into the audiology office where I then have my hearing tested and aids checked over by the very competent audiologists.
I feel completely comfortable with Dr. Ginsburg performing my Botox and filler treatments. He is the epitome of professionalism—always putting me at ease and taking the time to explain the process thoroughly. I especially appreciate that when I inquire about a specific area, he doesn’t just say yes, but educates me on why it may not be the right choice. We needed an appointment quickly and they were very accommodating in meeting our time line. They were prompt and efficient and I recommend them to anyone.
I unfortunately had two bad experiences with Dr. Briskin at Providence ENT. I saw him 3 months apart, as in the first visit where I told him I was in immense amounts of discomfort and having trouble swallowing from pressure in my ears for over two years, he told me I needed to take more decongestants and stuck a scope up my nose without any rapport.
