Wish they cared about patients, but sadly only care about money. Impossible to get any help, long waits to get an appointment. Not respectful of your time once you finally get to be seen. Wish there were more options available.

I am supposed to be seen every 6 months. Now 3 weeks before my appointment I get a phone call to reschedule because the doctor has to retire earlier than expected. These people have know this could happen and could have made arrangements for the patients but they didn’t. So my six months had turned into 9 months because all other doctors are so booked out. Doctors in Spokane area suck big time. If you want care for something serious go somewhere else because these people don’t care if you live or die.

Uncourteous, no compassion and lies to patients. It's sad to see proof of how bad America's health system is-it's right here. I hope my family will be able to afford to go to a different specialist. If you have the option to not go here, id recommend that route.
