Was referred to Providence ElderPlace Beaverton for treatment. I called asking about services, a 67 yo male with a TBI. She transferred me to the Admin who couldnt tell me about services...she just does admin, billing, transportation. Called back to the first number. She said she "enrolls people in the program" but can't tell me about "it". Desite asking what "it" and "the program" are multiple times, she couldt tell me and hung up.
