Providence PACE does an excellent job supporting seniors in the community. As a community partner, I've always found their team professional, responsive, and caring.
Working in senior housing and care over the past 33 years I and my co-workers often call upon Providence ElderPlace and the PACE program to help older adults know their options for assisted living and memory care in lieu of Medicaid. This has been a tremendous program for so many older adults and their families. Great service.
DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONE TO SIGN UP WITH PACE!! The only reason I am okay with one star is because Peter my fathers nurse was incredibly kind and caring and Courtney was helpful and caring also everything else was terrible. My father signed up for elderplace PACE because he thought it would be convenient. It was anything but convenient. He was far to complex for what this program could handle and they wouldn't just admit that. The operations and clinical team are fantastic. They go above and beyond for the people they serve and we are lucky to have such a great resource in our community.
