Was referred to Providence ElderPlace Beaverton for treatment. I called asking about services, a 67 yo male with a TBI. She transferred me to the Admin who couldnt tell me about services...she just does admin, billing, transportation. Called back to the first number. She said she "enrolls people in the program" but can't tell me about "it". Desite asking what "it" and "the program" are multiple times, she couldt tell me and hung up. I'll start with the good: The doctor here (Dr. Yutan) is great, I would give him 5 stars if I could as he is very caring, thorough, and attentive to his patients. The nurses and front desk person Linda are very nice too and obviously care for their patients. Onto the bad: The admin side of the clinic (scheduling and communication between teams) is an absolute mess and they are neglecting their patients due to disorganization. One my moms first visit, the Dr and Nurse recoginized she needed immediate hospitalization and took over all her care. I feel confident that the team wants my mom healthy and are taking the responsiblity of her care personally and treating her as they would a loved family member. Thank you!
