My experience leaving the emergency department at Providence Hospital was extremely disappointing. While trying to find my way out, I inadvertently walked through an area that I was not authorized to enter. As soon as I realized I was lost, I politely asked a doctor for directions and immediately made my way to the lobby. Do NOT go here if you'd like yo live a long life. They will leave you in the waiting room and not give a care about it. And very rude doctors! They almost killed my husband- again! Terrible staff, terrible hospital
Terrible emergency room Nurses always make it seem like they don’t care. Do not make you feel welcoming or like you matter.
I was treated very poorly at each contact. The person who made my appointment put an address and phone number that were not mine into the system. I was not advised to access the member portal to receive a reminder or to verify my information. The second person I called a couple days before my appointment to confirm everything was in place was inappropriate and sounded under the influence.
