My 6 year old daughter had an appointment here last week. She was very nervous and scared. The nurses Jill and Ellen were amazing! They were friendly, kind and very patient. They took the time to explain to my daughter what they were going to do and showed her the equipment they were going to use. They answered all of her questions, even the ones not related to her test. They gave her a tablet to watch a movie or play games to help distract her a little. Unfortunately she was still to scared and wouldn't let them do the test... read more
Coming here has been a giant waste of time. The staff is condescending and rude. They dont coordinate with other providers and dont seem to coordinate with themselves either. They have given instructions directly contradicting what the pediatrician and specialist said and then tried to blame me for 'misunderstanding'. Guess they don't realize everything is recorded in the mychart app and the only problem is that these people are jerks that cant or dont bother to read the patients chart.
