TLDR: the appointment was canceled on the day of, after months of waiting I booked a February appointment with Dr. Mansi James back in October or November. The office was difficult to deal with when sending them my PCP's referral. They were unclear and would say that their fax did not receive it despite my PCP's office sending me a receipt. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Mansi James at 1 Randall Square has been very disappointing. We brought our daughter seeking treatment for her allergies and skin condition, but we have not received effective solutions or an adequate care plan. Every visit is limited to prescribing creams without addressing the root cause, and we feel our concerns have not been taken seriously. We would not recommend this office to anyone looking for committed medical care and real results.
I was having some health problems and I did an appointment as usual. Everything was fine until they did the lab results and made me wait for more than a week that I had to go to emergency because I could not wait anymore.
