I love my doctor, but I can never get someone on the phone here. Incredibly unprofessional, leaves a lot to be desired.
Terrible service. They don’t follow up with you, ignore complaints and push them off as “normal” even scheduling is a hassle , you’ll be on hold for 30 minutes just to get someone who’s rude and thinks they’re a doctors. I’ve been sending messages to get a call back and it’s been over a week and yet to receive one.

It’s annoying how I have to keep calling to make an appointment but no one answers just keeps me waiting for hours then makes me try calling them again
